Subscriptions Terms of Service

1. General Terms

1.1. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.

1.2. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Subscriptions & One-Time Purchases

2.1. Subscription Plans

• Just Love Books offers Pay Monthly or 2, 3 or 12 months Pay Upfront prepaid subscription plans.

• Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable once the initial 14 day right to cancel period has ended.

• Pausing your Pay Monthly subscription is permitted within your Just Love Books account, and you may also cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.

2.2. One-Time Purchases

• Merchandise for sale on our website is available while stock lasts.

3. Billing & Payments

3.1. Payments are processed at the time of purchase or on a recurring basis for Pay Monthly subscriptions.

3.2. By subscribing on a Pay Monthly basis, you authorize Just Love Books to charge your payment method automatically each month.

3.3. Just Love Books is not responsible for overdraft fees or charges from your bank due to automatic payments.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1. We only ship within the United Kingdom. Shipping costs for subcriptions and book boxes are included in the price of these products but delivery times may vary dependent on delivery location.

4.2. Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.

4.3. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Reshipment fees may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1. Refunds will only be considered in line with our cancellation policy where customers have cancelled within 14 days of receipt of their initial order. Once goods have been returned within 14 days of cancellation, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

5.2. Pay Upfront subscriptions (3, 6 and 12 month plans) cannot be refunded after the 14 day right to cancel period has ended. Any unused credit cannot be refunded after this time but customers will continue to receive their monthly order until the end of the prepaid period.

5.3. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photos for a replacement (subject to availability) or store credit at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content on our website, including images, logos, and designs, is the property of Just Love Books and may not be used without permission.

6.2. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our products or content may result in legal action.

7. Termination

8.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service.

8.2. Termination does not waive any outstanding payment obligations.
